Introduction
You may take part in a salt-making lesson and learn about this unique experience! Koshiki-no-shio, a long-established salt factory on the island, has been producing salt using methods that are unique to the Koshiki islands for a long time. Not only will you make sea salt, but you may also use the salt to grill silver-striped round herring after the class. The leftovers can also be brought home as a gift.
