Introduction
Maruni is a historic miso and soy sauce factory established during the Meiji period in Satsumasendai city. Their specialty are barley miso and sweet soy sauce from Kagoshima, which are produced using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. Originally situated in the Hiwaki area, Maruni has recently expanded its business by opening a new store near JR Sendai Station in 2023. This move makes it easier for customers to shop for their products!
