Operated by Kusumoto Foods, a long-established tofu shop in Satsumasendai, Daizu No Hana only sells products and meals made from soybeans and tofu. From salad dressings to main dishes, all of which are made of soybeans, this is a test of thought and effort. Diners can also take homemade tofu skin (yuba) and soup tofu as appetizers. After meals, you can also buy various tofu products from the store. You should have a visit whatever you are vegan or not!
