Introduction

"Koshiki No Shio(こしきの塩)" is the island's well-known salt factory, and they used seawater to make salt in a special kettle for many years. Various types of sea salt can be found here, and you may also participate in a sea salt making workshop. The final product can be taken home for daily cooking or as a souvenir. You can taste the umami from the Koshiki Islands in every bite!
